What is your marital status?

Include yourself in the count. A “family” is defined 2 spouses; 2 spouses and dependent child(ren); or a parent or guardian and dependent child(ren). Count only current family members living together. Do not include deceased spouses or separated spouses who are living separately.

Examples include a dependent spouse, a dependent elderly parent, etc.

Do you have dependable transportation?

Have you ever participated in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program?
